Feasibility Studies
Initial studies: These usually begin as a site capacity study, which can be developed into a full project examination and report, outlining the potential development opportunities of a particular site while identifying any inherent risks.
Detailed studies: where SSA provides an analysis of a project’s potential, including the risks involved in pursuing various, or specific, courses of action. The assessment of these scenarios provides input regarding the opportunities and constraints offered by a particular site. SSA’s experience of many different building types helps to inform all of our studies, and we aim to provide the best value / most efficient design proposal in all cases.
