Health & Safety, Construction Design Management (CDM)
CDM Regulations place a number of specific duties on anyone undertaking construction works. Notifiable projects will require the services of a CDM Coordinator once a project's initial design work is complete. They will compile and complete the relevant documentation throughout the design and construction process to ensure that each project is conducted to the highest standard of Health and Safety and to comply with legislative requirements.
SSA offer CDM Coordinator services as a package or as a standalone service which can be tailored to match project complexity, scale and client requirements throughout the pre-tender and construction phase.
