Exciting Mixed Use Scheme Heads for Planning
SSA's proposals for an exciting mixed use scheme in Whitby, North Yorkshire are ready to be submitted for planning. The scheme prepared on behalf of S. Harrison developments provides a Food Retail Store, 93 Affordable Homes, a 53 unit Extra Care Facility and a 25,000 sq ft Medical Centre.
The proposals, located in the High Stakesby area of Whitby have been completed following extensive consultation with both the local authority and the local residents. Designed to a high level of sustainability the scheme includes the latest retail eco design concepts and will include the very latest technologies in the construction of the housing and care elements.
Smith Smalley were selected as architects for the scheme due our level of expertise across the retail, residential and care sectors and we look forward to taking the proposals forward to completion.
