Work is about to start on 3 new housing developments in York. This makes a total of 10 schemes over 5 years that Smith Smalley has delivered for our client, Yorkshire Housing, with project values ranging from £0.5million to £5.5million.
The developments comprise 2 bedroom flats and 2 and 3 bedroom family housing for rent and discount sale. The sites had significant planning and technical issues to resolve before construction could commence and reflect Smith Smalley's expertise in the delivery of cost effective design solutions.
